What types of services do you offer?

 

Designonomy offers marketing, creative design, document creation and consulting services. Our products include websites, brochures, logos, newsletters, letterhead, just to name a few.

 

What is your average turnaround time?

 

Our turnaround time will vary depending on the project, but we can typically have an initial layout for you within 48 hours. Contact Designonomy today and take your idea to the next level.

Do your prices include printing and shipping?

 

Not at this time. However, we will be glad to coordinate the commercial print and shipping process as part of our services.  

 

What is your payment policy?

 

A NON-REFUNDABLE deposit must be paid as outlined in your quote or contract to begin the design project. If you decide to change the design specifications of your project Designonomy reserves the right to charge a revision fee. Additional design time and labor may also be charged.  Payment in full is required before final delivery of project.

Who retains ownership of the artwork?

 

Upon full payment of all fees and expenses, reproduction rights for all approved final designs created by Designonomy shall be granted.

 

All original artwork and preliminary concepts created by Designonomy remains the property of Designonomy and may not be used without the written permission of Designonomy or payment for each piece of artwork.

Do you charge a rush fee?

 

Any project that requires being pushed ahead of regularly scheduled open projects for emergency purposes or unexpected deadlines will incur an automatic rush fee of 25% in addition to the price quoted.
